A pure, minimalistic hideaway with a twist of Scandinavian boho-chic awaits you. The natural full eco wood house offers a calming space for 1-4 visitors. Every piece of the shelter’s light and the dark-toned interior is carefully selected to keep the focus on what is important – nature. A chance to go offline and connect with your inner peace.

The calm beach house is located in a private and secured resort of eco houses, a beach bar, and 24h reception concierge and guard.

Our house stands out with an extra-large terrace, surrounded by ancient olive trees for natural shade. The house is perfectly aligned for sundowners.

Just 30km away from Zadar Airport and 95km from Split airport.

Inside

Perfectly designed beach house with 54qm, a living room, 2 sleeping rooms, and a bathroom with a rain shower tap. Carefully selected accessories make you feel like home. We created a space for design lovers who appreciate the love for the detail. The Sonos sound system provides your vacation soundtrack.

Outside

The unique extra-large terrace with 40qm offers lots of space to chill. Read a book in the hanging chair, enjoy your sundowner on the Moroccan style lounge cushions, or swing in the double lounger underneath the olive tree. An electric Weber grill is ready for your BBQ dinner at the large designer table for six.

Work

Switch your home office to the beach house. You can perfectly work – with high speed internet so all your zoom calls will running smooth. Or simply use the spring or autumn time to write your long-awaited book. And don´t forget to have a swim in the crystal clear water in between.

This part of the adriatic coast offers a lot of exciting adventures like stunning national parks with beautiful waterfalls, hiking paths and many water sports activities. Charter a sail boot or paddle with an SUP along the beach with breathtaking views on the Kornati National Park.

The Story.

It was a long awaited dream to find a beautifully designed eco-house at the sea and after many years of research here we go.

We are Sabine and Norbert from Berlin and want to share our dream house with you to feel at home away from home. We are passionate about traveling, art, design, water sports and hiking with our dog Lola.

In our business life, we have founded startups with a first-mover approach and worked both for years in the startup world.

Norbert

Norbert is a seasoned entrepreneur and marketing executive, empowered various technology companies and currently founded his own startup natchlabs.com. 

Sabine

As a consultant Sabine helps companies to manage their transformation towards sustainability. This year she is inventing a new Festival for sustainable marketing.
